On July 12, 2025, Spriet Associates proudly celebrated 65 years of dedicated service to communities across Ontario. Since 1961, our firm has built its reputation on a foundation of collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to quality in architecture and engineering.
Established in 1961 by Andrew M. Spriet, P. Eng. (O.A.A.-Retired), Spriet Associates offers comprehensive engineering and architectural services to municipal and provincial governments, as well as the industrial and commercial sectors. With over six decades of operational excellence, our firm has distinguished itself through a steadfast commitment to exceptional client service, blending extensive experience with innovative project solutions.
As part of this milestone, Andy Spriet, Founder and Principal, announced that at the age of 90, he will be entering his final year of professional practice. Andy’s vision, leadership, and unwavering dedication have shaped both the firm and the communities we serve. His legacy will continue to guide Spriet Associates as we look forward to the future.

Our London office is strategically located at the intersection of Richmond and York Streets in downtown London. The office accommodates a team of approximately 28 professionals, including seven licensed Engineers and one Architect, all committed to delivering high-caliber expertise and support. Convenient client parking surrounds our centrally located office, ensuring ease of access for all visitors.
